The Law Office of CRISTINA IUHAS was founded in 2013 in Oradea, Romania, at the end of the two-year internship period and after graduating from the Institute for the Training and Professional Development of Lawyers (2011–2013), as well as successfully passing the final qualification exam for the lawyer profession.

Since 2023 the firm has also been operating in Germany, in the city of Worms in Rhineland-Palatinate.
